THE J-CE SERIES
A comprehensive range of compact steel enclosures in CRCA draw-quality sheet, engineered to protect electrical and electronic equipment in industrial and commercial environments. Spanning 250 mm to 1500 mm in single- and double door configurations, the series is the ideal housing for junction boxes, control panels, automation cabinets and distribution boards.
KEY FEATURES
CRCA Mild Steel Construction : Cold-rolled close-annealed steel for superior rigidity and corrosion resistance.
IP55 Protection as Standard : Dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction; IP65 available on request.
Powder Coating : In-house 7-tank pre-treatment hot process with RAL 7035 structure finish.
IEC 60529 / IS 2147 Compliant : Manufactured and tested to international ingress-protection standards.
Removable Mounting Plate : Powder-coated mounting plate included as standard; zinc coated steel available as option.
Secure Locking : 1 3 door locks per size; 3-point locking on 1200 mm and larger enclosures.
34 Standard Sizes : From a 250 250 150 mm junction box to a 1500 1500 400 mm cabinet.
Customisation Available : Cable knockouts, ventilation grilles, special RAL colours and extra locks on request.
